A Trip Back in Time

Old Fort William. I visited as a child. It wasn't very busy, so we got to see and speak with a number of the fort inhabitants. We also got to see The Grand Arrival. Sam liked the canon firing, but he hated that the characters wanted to interact with him! That's ok. I hated it at that age too!

A future summer job for Sam? He loves to blow stuff up!

Always a trouble maker. He ended up in jail!

Their garden was amazing and they used the produce in the restaurant. Very cool.

A communal foot bath. Ew. We learned that one of the doctors that worked at Fort William went on to become the "Father of Oregon".

I loved all the antiques, but won't bore you with all the pictures I took. Even though blurry, the pattern of this bowl is just gorgeous!
